1. Information We Collect

When you use DreamVis, we collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our service:

  • The text content you share during your conversation session
  • Your IP address (used solely for rate limiting and abuse prevention)
  • Payment information processed securely through our payment provider (Creem) — we never store your card details

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to:

  • Generate your personalized insight card using AI analysis
  • Process your payment securely
  • Enforce daily usage limits to prevent abuse
  • Improve our service based on aggregated, anonymized feedback

3. Data Retention & Automatic Deletion

We take your privacy seriously and practice strict data minimization:

  • 48-Hour Auto-Delete: All generated content (text, images, conversation history) is automatically and permanently deleted 48 hours after creation, whether or not it has been downloaded.
  • Post-Download Cleanup: Once you download your content, the server-side copy is scheduled for deletion.
  • No Long-Term Storage: We do not maintain archives, backups, or any long-term records of your dream content or conversation history.
  • Rate Limit Records: IP-based rate limit records are retained for 24 hours only.

4. Data Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Generated content is stored in encrypted cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) with strict access controls. Payment processing is handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment provider — we never see or store your payment card details.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • AI Processing: Your conversation content is sent to AI language models to generate your insight. This data is not stored by the AI provider beyond the processing request.
  • Payment Processing: Creem handles all payment transactions securely.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Cloudflare and Supabase provide hosting and database services with enterprise-grade security.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Know what data we hold about you
  • Request immediate deletion of your data (though it auto-deletes within 48 hours)
  • Opt out of any future communications

7. We Never Share Your Data

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data, dream content, or conversation history with any third party for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose beyond what is strictly necessary to provide our service.
